• Custom or personalized jewelry orders may take 5-7 business days to be crafted before shipping.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

Within India

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – ₹50 (Free on orders above ₹999)
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – ₹150

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners.
• Delivery time varies between 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the country and package weight.
• Any customs duties or import taxes must be paid by the recipient.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your package using the provided link.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
• Some regions may have restrictions due to courier limitations.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your package is delayed, please allow extra time due to courier or customs delays.
